Over the years, our operation has expanded beyond traditional farming. We’ve embraced new technology, pursued smarter soil solutions, and built side businesses like our excavation work. Still, the heartbeat of our work remains the same: stewarding the land well, investing in the future, and staying rooted in what matters most.
As our children grow—graduating, marrying, launching careers—we find ourselves both reflecting and looking forward. It’s an exciting season, full of transitions and hope. At the end of the day, this isn’t just about crops or cattle—it’s about legacy, relationships, and walking faithfully in what we’ve been given.
My name is Dallas Conrad. I’m a husband and a proud father of six wonderful children. I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Agricultural Systems Management, but my heart led me back to the farm. Farming isn’t just a profession—it’s a purpose. Each season brings its own challenges, and I strive to meet them with hard work, faith, and a constant desire to learn.
From exploring soil biology to investing in technology, I’m committed to making the most of every acre God has entrusted to us. When I’m not in the fields, I serve with the youth at Bethany Christian Church and pour into the next generation, both at home and in the community. Cassie and I are blessed to raise a family rooted in love, faith, and a shared commitment to honoring God in all we do.
